Job Description

Experience in multiple technologies or environments in providing technical assistance to computer system users via telephone or remote location. Answer questions or resolve computer problems.

May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

To manage problem resolution and troubleshooting complex problems for end user support for desktop, voice and corporate applications

Analyze and report on specific system applications performance, analyze and document business functions, analyze test and implement the solutions, participate in special projects as required, and performs related duties as assigned or requested.
